1. The actual fare will be calculated from the customer pickup point.
2. Distance between two location will be calculated to give the estimation of the fare, actual cost will be from your pickup point.
3. We will not use Cab AC on hilly area and when cab is not running. You will not force the driver to turn it ON during the cab is not running.
4. Any discount you get will not be applicable on extra charges like toll, taxes, extra Kms, extra hours, driver allowance, parking, night charges etc.
5.The vehicle booked will be subject to avalability. In a case where the car booked is not available on the day of travel the customer will be provided with an alternative equivalent vehicle in the similar segment as applicable.
6.Payment of extra charges - Any extra charges applicable have to be paid to the directly in cash to the driver or to Jai Jawala Tour And Travels Agency.
7.Driver & car details - These details will be sent to the customer by Jai Jawala Tour And Travels approximately before an hour from the pick up time by SMS, whatsapp or email. In some cases the driver or an associate of Jai Jawala Tour And Travels may also call in advance to reconfirm with the customer.
8. To confirm the Cab Booking you have to pay 500/- as advance. This will be adjusted in the fare. On cancellation of booking this is not refundable.
